Called office with an urgent need to have a broken tooth repaired, they got me in the very next morning after my dose of antibiotics .The Dr did an awesome job repairing it,and you wouldn't even know that part of my truth had broken off looks like my original tooth. Awesome chairside manor and compassion for his patients.. Then proceeded to have my yearly cleaning and the dental hygienist did an awesome job on my cleaning. Very friendly office Environment.. Definitely recommend Ace Dental on Sheridan dr. 😁😁😁

Roya was/is a great hygienist. Her bedside manner is impeccable. I love the way she is so personable and willing to explain what she is doing and why she is doing it. I can tell she likes her job and cares about the people that she takes care of. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the dentist. I am.not sure if this man is not used to treating or dealing with people who are a protected class under the ADA but to state that he will not treat a person if their support person is in the room is beyond ridiculous. Then to say he will write down the treatment plan to give to the support person but scribble illegible notes on a piece of scrap paper is reprehensible. I had to ask the person at the front desk to go in the back to find out what the note said to explain to the patient what his options were. I am uncertain if the dentist was too busy to ensure that the patient understood everything or just didn't care. A part of the Hippocratic oath is to provide services in a moral and ethically sound manner. If you are not ensuring that your patient understands everything that is being said and you are not delivering the information in a manner that is comprehensible you are not adhering

Ms. Amanda was very, very gentle. She explained things very well and into detail. Made me very comfortable with everything. She has told me understood. What is needed as she explained the present and future outcome.!!! Polite and very knowledgeable as well... Looking forward for my next cleaning from miss amanda in november.. !!!

The staff is always polite and helpful, my hygienist is absolutely wonderful, I've never felt rushed or less than the most important thing when she is working on my teeth. The dentist is absolutely the best, I've been with ace now for about 2 maybe 3 years and it is the best experience I've had in a dental office in years. Thanks guys for all you do Pastor Grady L Thompson

1st time at Ace, my experience was great, friendly, quick and hospitable. They got me checked in, seen very quick, staff was pleasant, attitude was great which is a plus now a day. Im glad I chose Ace Dental. Looking forward to see how all my work comes out.
